Mandy Capristo, from the german popstars fonded girlsband Monrose, launches her solo career with a first single produced by the man behind Tokyo Hotel, David Jost, with swedish production maestros TWIN and The way I like it is addictive like hell, taking just what it needed from Lady Gaga to sound fabulous.
What is even greater is that her song sounds good too in the acoustic version that is featured on the CD single along a cover version of Witney Houston's One moment in time that sounds great too. Her album Grace is released next week in Germany and from the snippets from Amazon.de, it mixes big ballads (showcasing her graceful & powerful at the same time voice) with uptempo dance/pop a la Kylie Minogue.Here are the videos for both single and acoustic versions of The way I like it, that is even available from my french iTune store, so maybe an import is not necessary...
